Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because skincare is a hygiene-sensitive category, this policy explains when returns and refunds are possible, and how to request one.
01 Overview
At Scardi, we want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
02 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- In the same condition you received it, with all tags and labels intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
03 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or as part of promotional combos may also be non-returnable, as indicated at the time of purchase.
04 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
05 Return Window
Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
06 How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at support@scardi.in or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or return shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
07 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with our team.
08 Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
09 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning the eligible item (per this policy) and placing a new order.
10 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow the return process after delivery if the item is eligible. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
