When should I apply it — morning or night?

Night, always. Retinal works best during your skin's overnight repair cycle, and it makes skin more sun-aware — so follow up with SPF every morning.

How often should I use this mask?

Twice a week is ideal for most oily and acne-prone skin. Limit to once a week if your skin is on the drier or more sensitive side.

Will it dry out my skin?

The mud formula is designed to detoxify without stripping, but if you feel tightness, shorten the wear time to 8–10 minutes and follow with extra moisturiser.

Can I spot-treat just my T-zone?

Yes — if only certain areas get oily or congested, you can apply it only there and skip drier areas like the cheeks.

What should I do if it's actively painful or stinging?

Rinse off immediately. Some initial tingling is normal as it draws out impurities, but it should never be painful.

Can I use other actives the same day?

We'd recommend skipping exfoliating acids and retinoids on the same day as this mask to avoid over-sensitising skin.
