When should I apply it — morning or night?

Night, always. Retinal works best during your skin's overnight repair cycle, and it makes skin more sun-aware — so follow up with SPF every morning.

Is the LED light safe for my eyes?

The LED may feel bright when used near closed eyes, but it is safe to use. If you prefer, you can reduce or turn off the LED setting in the app. Avoid direct exposure to open eyes.

Do I need a special gel to use the Booster Pro?

No. The Booster Pro is designed to be used with your regular skincare products — serums, ampoules, and creams. No additional conductive gel is required. Simply apply your favourite SCARDI products and begin.

In what order should I use the four modes?

Start with Air Shot Mode on clean, dry skin (before any products) 2–3 times a week. Then apply your serum or ampoule and use Booster Mode, followed by MC Mode and Derma Shot Mode with the remaining product still on your skin — no need to add more.

How often should I use each mode?

Air Shot Mode: 2–3 times a week, 5 minutes per session. Booster, MC, and Derma Shot Modes: 1–3 times daily, 5–10 minutes per session. Adjust frequency based on your skin's comfort.

Can I use all four modes around the eye area?

Yes, all four modes can be used around the eyes. We recommend using the lowest intensity setting for this area, as the skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate.
